Built to Perform. Guaranteed on the Pitch.

At MEGG’D, we’re players first. We know that when you order custom boot decals, you want them fast, you want them to look sharp, and you expect them to hold up when you tackle, pass, shoot, and play in the rain.

We stand behind everything we make. If something isn't right with your order, we’re here to make it right—no runaround, no hidden fees.

The "Clean Strike" Application Guarantee

Applying decals to soccer boots can feel a bit intimidating if you've never done it before. What if you misalign it or crease an edge while applying pressure?

We’ve got your back. If you follow our application guide and still mess up applying your decals, don't worry. Reach out to our team at support@meggd.com with a photo of the boot, and we will send you a replacement decal—you just cover the small cost of shipping.

Manufacturing Defects & Printing Mistakes

If we printed the wrong squad number, sent you the incorrect initials or if a decal set arrives damaged in transit, we will replace it 100% free of charge or issue a full refund immediately.
  • Timeframe: Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • How to start: Email support@meggd.com with your order number and a quick photo of the issue.

Returns & Exchanges (Pre-Made Packs & Accessories)

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
  • How to start: Email support@meggd.com with your order number and a quick photo of the issue.
  • Zero Restocking Fees: Unlike giant corporate sports sites, we never charge sneaky restocking fees.

Custom & Personalized Orders

Because custom boot decals (featuring your specific initials, squad number, country flag, or personalized artwork) are printed exclusively for you on demand, we cannot accept general "change-of-mind" or “change of jersey” returns once your items have been printed.

However, if there is any defect in material quality or a printing mistake on our end, our 100% Replacement Guarantee applies immediately.
