Welcome to Megg’d! By visiting, browsing, or purchasing from meggd.com (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before placing an order.

Who Can Shop With Us

Megg’d is built by players, for players. If you are under 18 years old, you must have the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian to purchase products from our site. By placing an order, you confirm that you have obtained parental consent.

Custom Orders & Printing Proofs

Customer Accuracy: Because our custom decals (names, numbers, flags, and uploaded graphics) are printed automatically from customer inputs, you are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of your order (including spelling, capitalization, number choice, and colors) prior to completing checkout.
Typographical Errors: Megg’d is not responsible for typos, incorrect jersey numbers, or wrong flag selections submitted by the customer.
Design Revisions: Once a custom order enters production, it cannot be edited, canceled, or modified.

User-Uploaded Intellectual Property & Logos

Ownership Representation: If you contact us for a custom order to upload artwork, team crests, logos, or graphics, you represent and warrant that you own the rights to that artwork or have express, legal authorization from the trademark owner to reproduce it.
Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Megg’d (and its founders, officers, and affiliates) against any third-party claims, lawsuits, or damages resulting from copyright or trademark infringement tied to user-uploaded artwork.
Right to Refuse: Megg’d reserves the right to reject and refund any upload request that contains hate speech, offensive imagery or text, or blatant, unauthorized commercial trademark violations.

Application, Product Care & Limitation of Liability

Application Responsibilities: Megg’d provides clear surface cleaning and application instructions. Megg’d is not responsible for decals that fail to adhere due to dirty cleat surfaces, improper application, or natural wear and tear from aggressive game play. High-friction woven fabrics, raw canvas, and uncoated knit materials lack a solid surface for pressure decals to bond properly. For maximum durability and adhesion, apply your decals to the smooth synthetic or leather areas of your boots.
No Cleat Damage Liability: Megg’d decals are engineered to be safe for synthetic and leather athletic footwear. However, Megg’d is not liable for any minor surface discoloration, residue, or material alteration to underlying cleats caused by decal application, use, or removal.
General Limitation: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Megg’d shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

Pricing, Orders & Payment

Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product availability, errors in product/pricing information, or suspected fraudulent activity.
Prices: All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice.

Giving Back Program (Pass It Forward)

Our commitment to donate 10% of profits to U.S. Youth Soccer is calculated annually or quarterly based on net business profits (after production, tax, shipping, and operational costs). Megg’d retains sole discretion over selecting vetted non-profit partners, youth leagues, and equipment grant recipients.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Georgia, United States.
